Has anyone tried running Access Forms 2003/2007 on Server 2003? If so, are
there any issues?

I do most of my Access development using Access 2003 running under Windows
Server 2003 on Virtual PC (I use the server OS on the Virtual PC so that I
can run SharePoint, which requires a server OS). I also have multiple users
using an Access 2003 app remotely using Terminal Services on Windows Server
2003. I haven't identified any unusual problems arising from that
combination of Access and OS.

I have not had any reason so far to install Access 2007 on any server OS, so
can't comment on that combination.

Not sure what you are concerned about Forms but Access 2003 and 2007
work well on Terminal Server. You need to follow basic rules such as
ensuring that each user has their own copy of the FE.
