Access 2003 Runtime/Office Developer Extensions

Hi

I've recently purchased both .NET 2003 Pro, and Office 2003 Pro, and
was wondering what happened to Access 2003 Runtime...

My .NET package contains a "Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft
Office System" (VSTO) CD. Installing this gives me various Word/Excel
templates in .NET, but no Access Runtime.

I've read that VSTO contains Office Developer Extensions (ODE) which,
in turn, contain Access Runtime, but I cannot find ODE anywhere on my
system.

Does .NET contain a reduced version of VSTO? Do I have to buy ODE
separately?
