Access 2003 Runtime SP1

Hello!

In our company quite a few users are working with Access
2002 applications. Therefore Access 2002 Runtime is
installed to their computers.

Now we are planning on migrating to Access 2003. But I
don't want to roll out Access 2003 Runtime without having
it upgraded to Service Pack 1. But how can I do this?

I have tried to merge the MSP file for Office 2003 SP1
with the MSI file of Access 2003 Runtime via
msiexec /a accesrt.msi /p MAINSP1ff.msp
but it did not work, meaning the version of msaccess.exe
in the CAB file of Access 2003 Runtime is still
11.0.5614.0 and not 11.0.6355.0 as it should be.

Does anyone have an idea how to merge these 2 files?
