Access 2003 runtime

I have purchased the developer extensions. How can i get my hand on an sp3
update for the access runtime?

From what I've been able to determine there aren't any SPs specific to
the developers edition. Just SP3 for the entire Office 2003. Which
you might want to reapply.

if a machine has the access 2003 runtime without office installed, the office
sp3 update will not install...an error message is issued that permissions are
insufficient. i tried this on a vanilla xp machine. it only seems to work if
the full version of office 2003 is installed.
