Access 2003 security

I need help locating information on what registry settings we need to add to
our MST for Office 2003. At the request of our DBA’s we need to set the
Microsoft Access 2003 macro security to low. They want to do this so users
will not get a set of messages each time they open a database that is not
digitally signed.

The problem I’m having is Access is not listed on the Office Security
Settings page of the CIW. The only place there is an option is under the
Office User Settings page. That will not work for us because we are
migrating user settings.

It appears that we need to add one or both of the registry entries below to
our transform. I have also seen references to a sandbox entry.
Unfortunately I am not able to find any information on this from Microsoft.
Can anyone point me to documentation on how to deploy this setting through
the MST? Thanks.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Access\Security]
"Level"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Access\Security]
"Level"=dword:00000001
