Access 2003 security

Is it possible to have reports accessible to people only by entering their
name or Id and then a password?

How would this be done?

We have 60 sales reps who need to see their yeartodate sales figures, but we
don't want them look at other reps figures.

Access User Level Security will provide the *best* security for you, but if you just need something
