Access 2003 SP3 + CU June 2009 = macro crash

After installing Office 2003 Cumulative Update for June 2009.
Access 2003 SP3 + CU June 2009 (or April 2009).

To reproduce a crash:
Create new database. Click New Macro. Select Beep action. Click Save button.
You should get a result a crash of Access.
