Access 2003 - use 2000 or 2002/2003 format?

We just went through a huge Access 97 to 2003 upgrade (1500+ mdb files). We
did this only for Access 97 databases; we left any Access 2000 databases
alone. We now therefore have a mix of Access databases in 2000 format and
2002/2003 format. What advantages (if any) does the 2002/2003 format offer?
Now that everyone has Office 2003 should we change the default format of
Access from 2000 to 2002/2003 so any new databases are created in that format?
