Access 2003 Vista Odbc connection

When attempting to create an ODBC connection to link a table into Access 2003
using with the Vista operating system, the wizzard goes away. No error
messages.

The same odbc connection is available through Visual Studio...thus it is
good. I am not able to connect with access 2003.

Any help would be appreciated.
