So, simple little database with two simple forms attached to a table,
one a single record form, and one a continuous scroll form.

When I open this database in Access 2010, the forms show a filter/
search control at the bottom beside the VCR-like record navigation
controls. When I open the database in Access 2003, the filter/search
controls are missing. The VCR-like controls are still there.

    What's up with that?
