Access 2003 Web-Service

Hi I have a report that we need to send to a client as and when the
information is up-dated. I am told that using the Web-Service is the way
forward. Can anyone give me any help in how I go about setting this up?
Pointing me in the direction of any good books or points of reference would
be very much appreciated.

I have downloaded the Microsoft add-in Microsoft Office 2003 Web Services
Toolkit 2.01. put I have no idea how to use it.
