Is the user level security the same for Access 2003 than it is in 2000? Is
there a link to the FAQ for Access 2003? Is there even an FAQ for 03?

I don't believe there were any differences in security. The existing
Security FAQ at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/access/content/secfaq.asp should still
be applicable.
