I have a user that is unable to open the reports in multiple Access databases.
I have removed the software and reloaded it and the same thing happens. We
do not receive any error. He is able to view Queries, forms and tables ok.
Macros security is set to medium. Other users are able to access these
database reports ok.

Does he have a default printer defined in Windows? Reports cannot be
previewed without one. Even if there is no physical printer attached you
still need a driver installed and specified as the default printer.

Rick,

This user does have a default printer. At one time he could open his reports.
Now he is unable to open reports for multiple access files.

Thanks
Larry
