Access 2007 and Access 2003 conflicts???

I have an Access 2003 split-database that I want to upgrade to use some of
the new design features of 2007...will this cause problems for my users who
are still running Access 2003? Is there a way to retro-fit my .mdb so that my
users enjoy the benefit of the new 07 design features while still running 03?

The data file will need to remain in the MDB format so that the A2003 users
can access it. Therefore you will not be able to use things like
attachment/multi-valued fields.

Nevertheless, the A2007 users will be able to use things like alternative
datasheet row colors and the date picker with no effort at all.

A2007 really needs a service pack before it is reliable. For example, it
will crash reports that use the Report_Open event to assign fields, and
crashes can corrupt the shared data file. For a list of these issues, see:
