Access 2007 and InfoPath

Is there anyway to take an existing Access 2007 form and convert it to
InfoPath?

I want to upgrade the existing database to SQL but I want to publish the
forms to SharePoint to be used against the database. I would take the
existing forms if possible without desiging them from scratch in InfoPath.

Any suggestions?
