First time use of Access 2007 on new install from Office Ultimate on XP SP2
Create a new database.
Create a new form.
Right Click on the form and select properties.
Nothing happens.
Same result for a button on the form.
Rebooted the computer with no change in behavior.
Same experience with a report.
Cant see any configuration setting that will disable or hide the design
properties window other than the properties sheet button in the database
tools tab.show/hide section and it has no effect
