Access 2007 can't connect to Oracle 10g. (Microsoft ODBC)

We have an application developed in earlier version of MS Access then
migrated to 2003, so far so good UNTIL the same application was migrated
(again) to 2007 version of Access. This time I'm having this connection
problem inside Access. (I can connect to oracle server using SQL PLUS).
Application connects with Microsoft ODBC.



below are error codes

Tns error struct:
nr err code: 0
ns main err code: 12560
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
ns secondary err code: 0
nt main err code: 530
TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error
nt secondary err code: 126
nt OS err code: 0
