I have a date of birth (DOB) field as my standard and a date trained field
for the date the received trainintg. The date trained field is an annual
reuirement if under the age of 25. So what I would like the date trained
field to do is turn yellow at the 335 day mark and red at the 365 day mark
only if the DOB is under the age of 25. What is the best way to do this?
