Access 2007 datasheet...?

I created a shell for an extensive document I will be customizing repeatedly
in the future. In it I have the words "client's name" through out the
document so the person customizing it can just plug in the name. Is there
anyway I can create something to just change it once and it will change
everyone through out the document, or do I manually have to go in and change
every single one?

I'm not sure what you have, but it certainly doesn't sound as if you are
using Access as a database. Used as a database, you'd pick up the name from
a single place (e.g., an authoritative source) and not have it repeated.
Perhaps if you would describe in plain simple terms just what it is you have
and what you are trying to accomplish (as opposed to how you thought you
could accomplish it), someone could actually offer a useful suggestion.

"Shell for an extensive document" sounds impressive, but it really doesn't
tell us much "in Access terms". It reads as if you are trying to use Access
as though you were using a document template in Word. I can't be much help
on Access 2007-specific items, but will comment that it's (almost) never
useful to work in "production" in datasheet view.
