Access 2007 Install Error

"MS Office Access 2007 encountered an error during setup" then shuts down
the installation - no error #, just text. I have Office Standard on this PC,
trying to add Access 07, current on all updates.

Tracy,

What is your Windows version? You also state you have Office Standard but
not what version. The version is important because if it is the
Home/Student version and you purchased the upgrade of Access 2007 you will
not be able to use your Office version as a software qualifier.
