Access 2007 "Lending Library" template

RichN

I am desperately trying to get a copy of this in the templates page and
cannot get it to download. The other problem is that my pc will not play
with Active X at all either.

What I need is for someone to download the "Lending Library" template and
save as a 2003 Excel version file and then make it available to me....

I have had the worst luck with this..... Anyone just make databases for
pay? I posted the need for a database that I can use to check in and out
floor covering samples as well as be able to enter a serial number for each
sample that will give me all info about the product when looked up.

Any suggestions? How much should I pay someone? H E L P ! ! !

Put Microsoft Office in your trusted zone.
In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, Security tab, high-light trusted
sites, click the "sites" button, clear "Require server verification (https:) for
all sites in this zone.
Type http://office.microsoft.com in the Add this website to the zone.

Check your firewall to be sure it is allowing you to download from the Office
site.
Is the Media component enabled in the Manage Add-ins? (Tools menu)

Did you accept the ActiveX control?
http://office.microsoft.com/templates/axinstall.aspx?

Do all this and try downloading the template again.

I did try all of that and cannot get the file to download at all. Well, it
did download but came as 10206883.accdt and I cannot get anything to open it.
Any advice?

Rich, I tried to save this template as a 2003 Access file. The message I get is
this template uses features not available in 2003. The extension .accdt is an
Access 2007 file.

Sorry about that.
