I'm working in Access 2007 and I have a couple of qs:
1. I have a swithcboard with links to 2 forms. I have added an entry to
one of the forms and saved it. When I exit the database and re-enter it, the
record doesn't show up. Meanwhile, if I turn the navigation bar back on, the
entry is visible in both the table and form views. What is going on here and
how do I make the record show up when you enter the form from the switchboard?
2. In another database, I want to be able to enter multiple entries for the
same person using different IDs (these IDs aren't autonumbers). I have
entered the records, saved them but when I exit and re-enter the dbase, the
second entry (for the same person) is no longer visible. The records are
saved in the backup version of the dbase but why aren't they showing up here?
How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance!
