Access 2007 Reregistration

Each time Access 2007 starts it reregisters itself

Is it possible to prevent this reregistration?

Assuming you have more than one version of Access on the machine, there's
nothing you can do to prevent that.

Word is there may be some relief (but not an elimination of the problem) in
SP1.
