Access 2007 Ribbon (Add-In)

I have created some toolbars for my access database in Acc2000 and Acc2003.
When testing it in Acc2007, those toolbars are found in the ribbon caled
"Add-In".

In Access 2003, sometime when I close my Access program in correctly, the
toolbar still appears, and I go into "View>Toobar" and uncheck the custom
toolbar.

How can I do this in Access 2007 ???
