I want to create a new ribbon for my application. How? Will it run in
runtime for 2007?

As long as you set the Ribbon as the default, it should be there for you.

Creating a ribbon is more involved than creating a menu or toolbar. It's not
just drag'n'drop: you will be writing some XML.
