I am not a developer, but have created a substantial database to manage a
non-profit's consumer information. I want the database to be multiuser, but
don't know where to access security tools. Online help and my Access bible
tell me to go to Database Tools - Users and Permissions and utilize the
wizard, however, I don't have this option on my database tools menu. Any
ideas?
Next, I have the following dilemma. To manage our respite program I have
developed a respite table which shows each respite trip - then several
multivalued fields which allow the user to select multiple staff members and
consumers to attend each trip. Next, I want to be able to attach billable
hours to each consumer who attended the trip (the hours will be different for
each consumer). How do I do this? Is it a join problem?
