Access 2007 Security Notice

How come when I run a standalone compact and repair (i.e., using a shortcut
with /compact specified) that I get the Access 2007 "Security Notice"? This
mdb file is the backend database for an application, and this mdb file
contains no modules, macros, forms, reports, etc. --- only tables and
relationships. The mdb file is in Access 2000 internal format for
compatibility with other applications. By the way, I'm using Access 2007
Runtime.
