Access 2007 Sharing Data

In Access 2000 I copied the front and back end files and emailed them to my
coworkers all over the US. I enter and control all of the data so it's not a
big deal if they mess something up. How would you suggest sharing this
data in Access 2007?

I will try the same in 07 and see if it works.
