Access 2007 split forms - duplicate entries in datasheet

I have a problem with a split form in Access 2007. When I finished enterying
new data and I add my records by clicking on a part of the datasheet, the
record I just clicked on shows up twice in the datasheet part of the form.
Clicking on the refresh button in the Accesss toolbar removes the duplicate,
but I would like to find a more elegant (=automatic) way to solve the
problem. Also, the added records appear at strange positions in the
datasheet, but I would like them to show up in the end.
