Access 2007 - SQL server 2005 Express - Vista

Hi,
I'm working on a new Vista computer (have no choice). I can't anymore modify
my Access database (don't have the rigths, it's said). I'm the only user and
SQL server and Access are on the same Vista computer. I need help because I
will lost my job if I can't modify my database anymore.

Im unable to send pictures via email due to an error message which reads
something like-Error wrong server name or host could not be found. How do I
change the server name or host?
