Access 2007 Upgrade.

Hey,

I just bought Office 2007 Home and Student edition, and I want to get Access
at a later time.
I was reading on the upgrade and how it said you could use the Access
Upgrade on any copy
of Office 2007 suites. Does that mean I'm eligible for the Access Upgrade?
