access 2007 use switchboarde at start up

I want to have a switchboard at startup rather than the ribbon for access
2007 can anyone tell how to get this accomplished?

If you want to get rid of the ribbon entirely then as far as I know you have
to create a blank ribbon and load it at startup. Work through the following
