Access 2007 Won't Save Changes

Why, at times, does Access refuse to save changes made to the design of a
from????
I even clicked Save on the menu bar but it doea no good.

You have to have it open exclusive in order to save objects. If someone else
has it open too then Access can't save things.

I also have had similar problems with 2007. Try opening form in design
view, and make your changes then enter Ctl-S, and switch to form view.
Also, if you are making changes to properties, recordsource queries, etc.
press enter and go to next field before closing.
There is a frustrating issue with 2007 that involves writing a form's query,
closing the query-- and it asks if you want to save it, you answer yes, and
UNLESS you hit enter back in the property box, the query will not be saved!
