i use got access 2007 and am having trouble showing all the forms, queries,
modules when i am using visual basic. i designed various data bases in 2003
and have multi queries, forms, modules. when i go to 2007 and do a review of
any those groups, not all the screens show in the directory on the left side
of the screen. how do i indicate in access 2007 to show all entries? i don't
see any option that allows that.
for example, let's say i have 25 queries, but only 10 show.

thanks for your help

Left click the blue bar at the top of the navigation pane, just above the
search box, and choose Object Type, then choose All Access Objects.

Can you see a long thin blue section down left of screen called Navigation
Pane?
Click the arrows at the top of the long thin blue section down left of
screen to expand the navigation pane and then you can see the blue bar at
top of it.

hi, did that. but it still does not show all the queries, tables or forms.
i see all the modules but those are less than 10. it acts like a limit that
has been imposed.

Try this:

Right click on the double headed arrow that expands the navigation pane.
Select Category, then Object Type
Deselect Tables and Related Views, Created Date, Modified Date

Right click on the double headed arrow that expands the navigation pane.
Select Sort By
Select Ascending and Type

Right click on the double headed arrow that expands the navigation pane.
Select View By
Select List

that does not work. you have to go to navigation options and check hidden
objects. then everything shows. the hidden shows as grayed out but you can
still open. then you go to properties on that item, and uncheck the hidden
option. then you have it. i don't understand why these would have designated
as hidden.
is there a global uncheck for hidden, as i have not found anything?

have to uncheck each one

What you are describing is very strange and I have never had that happen in
any A2007 database.
