Access 95 and Access 2002

I am moving an application written in Access95 to Access
2002 (I think that's the version found in OfficeXP). I
want to dual install both 95 and 2002 on one machine while
I fix the conversion errors.

What is the procedure to dual install 2 versions of Access?
