Our corporate office software is still office 97!
I want to purchase a program which uses an access 2000 database, the vendor does not have or support a 97 version.
I have therefore installed Access 2000 runtime version which runs the 2000 database very well.
However as soon as I open access 97, all the run time 2000 settings are overriden and I have to re-install the runtime version of access 2000 again to run the 2000 database.
It seems that I can have one or the other, but not both!
Does anyone know if it is possible to run to two together and if so what setting / changes I need to make to effect it.
Thank you
