access 97 converting problems

Graeme.

We have just converted our workstations fronm nt4 to 2k
but still running access 97 databases
when i try to look at code in any report i get an error
message "instruction at 'ox77fcb317' referenced memory
at 'ox26c000d4' memory could not be written "
Help - has anybody got any ideas....
