It installs and runs just fine. There are a few problems on Vista, like help
file installation, but XP Pro through SP2, not problems that I'm aware of
and I've been running it on XP Pro for over 3 years.

Vista after installing WinHlp32.exe for Vista from

Thanks for the reply.
I should have mentioned that this version has SP3 integrated. It is probably
to early to know if there are sp3 issues.
I will be installing Office 98 in a Virtual machine situation to make a few
changes to a Access DB that I felt would be safer then "converting" to a
2003 setup
