Access 97 run time

Can anyone tell me where and how to get hold of this.
What disk does it come on or is there anywhere you can
just download it from?

It was originally available as "Office 97 Developer's Toolkit", but as far
as I know, it is no longer for sale from Microsoft or other typical
channels. You may want to see if it is available at:

It is occasionally offered on eBay; however, "caveat emptor" if you go that
route.
