I have a problem with Access 97 on a Win2K machine. This
PC has Office 2000 installed. I installed Office 97 in
c:\program files\office97 sr1 directory and am able to
run word, excel, etc. but access is driving me up a wall.
First it couldn't find the license file. I ran MDAC 2.8,
renamed a font and reinstalled office - as per KB
141373. Now Access 97 starts, clippy shows up and when I
click on "Start using Access 97" the application shuts
down.
How do I stop this from happening? Any assistance is
greatly appreciated.
