Access 97 SR2 installed with Office XP produce error

Has anyone seen the following error message? When calling
up help in Access 97 SR2 VB, user will get "Cannot find
the VEENLR3.hlp file. Do you want to try to find this
file yourself?"

The pc is a Windows XP with Office XP installed.

Any information would be appreciated.
