Access 97 to 2003

Instead of converting 97 to 2003, shoud I create a new 2003 database, import
all forms reports etc and copy all functions. Will this work better than
converting the 97 to 2003? or will it create more problems?

If your database will convert to A2003, there is no problem with doing it
that way.
