Access 97 to 2007 Conversion

I am in the process of converting around 15,000 databases from access 97 to
2007. I would like to know if anybody has any input on some of the biggest
problems I might face with this conversion? What should I prepare for?

15,000 databases!!!! Are you talking tables, records, or 15,000 mdb files?

MDB files :S... I have just not found a lot of useful information on the
common problems that arise when converting and I need to share them with my
team.

Are these multiple databases basically similar but for diferent years or
months OR are they completely different? If basically the same, you may want
to import all the data into a few redesigned database files.
