Recently converted an Access 97 multiuser database to Access 2003. The
Access 97 database was running since early 1999 on a Windows NT server.
After converting to Access 2003, the database was moved to a SAN, NTFS file
system. Up to 20 users accessing database at the same time.
Te conversion process occurred 9 months ago. Since then, a looping problem
has occurred 3 times where x number of insert new record writes to a specific
table. This never occurred with Access 97, Windows NT server. The VB code
has not changed.
I have searched the knowledge base with no luck.
Is there any reported issues with using a SAN and Access 2003 that we may
have overlooked?
