access add-in missing in Outlook 2007

I want to use data collection via e-mail in Access 2007. When I go to start
the process, Access says the add-in has been disabled in Outlook. In
Outlook's Trust centre, there is no add-in, disabled or otherwise.
I have tried to repair the Office installation - no luck. I removed Access
and then re-installed it - no luck. How do I get the add-in in Outlook?
I'm not keen on a complete Office 2007 re-install - I'm not sure what I'd
loose
