Access add-in needed

I'm looking for an add-in that will allow you to add a
control to a form in the form of a button that when push
would bring up a calendar that you can use to select a
date and time for entry into a field on that same form.

There are several solutions available on the web. A good one is one built by
Stephen Lebans using APIs - http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm.
