Access and snapshot viewer

Hi,

I have a group of users that are having a problem with a snapshot taken from
Access, and then emailed out. They select email in the file dropdown menu,
and select .SNP as the file type. The email is sent with the attachment, but
it opens blank. Some people can see it and some cannot. Prior to installing
office 07 1 mounth ago, they had no issue. I found something pretaining to
print drivers, but they all have the same printer setup as default.(the
people who can use it and the ones who can't). Any ideas why this is
happening?

Install the Snapshot Viewer for those user who can't view the snapshot.

Actually I forgot to add that I have had them install Snapshot Viewer from
the site. The issue is that when they open the attachment, snapshot viewer
opens fine, but the file presented is no there. It is just blank. Thanks
for the help!
