Hello,
I am wondering what might be going on here? Hopefully I can explain it well.
Very wierd problem.
I have a server at one location and is connected directly to the Internet
and servs as a web and VPN file server and mail server. Well I have an Access
DB in a shared folder for the web so I can access it from anywhere with my
laptop using webdav extensions in IIS 6.0. It is a basic contact management
DB.
So what is the problem?
The server in house is NON wireless network and the laptop shares this
network when at home.
When I am at work the laptop is on a WIRELESS network. All is being accessed
the same way in both places via the web.
Well all the data saves to the DB on the wireless but not the NON wireless
network.
Also FYI the FTP uses passive at work and NON passive at home.
Weird very weird?
Thanks
Joe
