Access aplication on Windows server 2008 occurred error 3051

Hi,

I put an Access runtime application on Windows server 2008.
When I start app (file: Sezam.mde), app must read some data from file
SezamDom.mdb,
and I get error 3051: The Microsoft jet database engine cannot open the file
'C:\AppFolder\SezamDom.mdb'.
It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to
view its data.

Both files are in the same folder, folder has all NTFS rights and I am a
only user.
The same application on XP, Vista, Win 2000 server or Win 2003 server wasn't
having this problem on opening.

What I must change in Windows 2008 server, that I avoid this errror.
