Access calculations

What I am trying to do is create a database keep track of customers and their
location which is able to calculate what is being shipped and received. Then
the percentage of shipping and receiving calcuated and graphed. But, I need
to do it daily and be able to look for certain reports on certain days. For
example, I might need to know what was shipped from NY and how much. All this
information in a Access database. How would I do this? I am not very
proficient in Access. I think it would be much easier in Access once
complete. We currently jus have a spreadsheet in Excel but it does not
generate reports that we need.

Please help A.S.A.P.!

If you need to develop a complex Access application (and from your
description this is at least a moderately complex application) then you
really have only two choices. You can learn how to do it yourself, or you
can hire some one to do it for you. (Not me - I'm unavailable). Doing it
yourself will take longer and (if you put any kind of realistic value on
your time) will cost more, but if you have the aptitude you will learn a
valuable and very rewarding new skill.

Proficiency with Access requires either classes or self-study material
(books, videos, whatever suits you personal learning style) and lots of
practice. It's not something you can pick up in a newsgroup.
